2017 Blogging Goals

In 2016 I dipped my toes into the pool of blogging again. I had forgotten how much I actually enjoyed writing and being creative and now I've gotten the feel of it again I really would like to take it a bit more seriously. I've set myself some goals for 2017 that I thought I’d share with you and here’s hoping that I can reach them.

Schedule posts. I’ve been terrible for just writing a post on the spot and posting when I feel like meaning that it has been pretty sporadic. I recently bought DotCreates Ultimate Blog Planner and I’ve been using it to map out posts so hopefully I can produce some regular good quality content over 2017.

Interact with the community. It’s easy to see that the blogging community is a vibrant and social one and I’ve kind of kept to the edges of it. This year I really want to get involved more. I’m planning to take part in more chats and interact with people I see online without fear. It would just be nice to get to know you all better.

Numbers. I want to be able to grow my following and if I keep up with the first two goals I have set I am hoping this one will fall into place. Specifically I would love to get up to 500 twitter followers and 50 bloglovin followers. I would also really love to grow my instagram following as I love scrolling through pictures. It may seem small but for me it would definitely be a start!

Photography. One thing I love about blog posts are the photos people take. I have to admit that all of you are really talented when it comes to making your blog posts look amazing with photographic content. This year I would love to take more time with my photographs to help really sell my posts.

Four small goals for 2017 but three goals I hope are achievable. I want this year to be a year of learning as far as blogging is concerned so we will see how it all goes.
